About the author

KLAUDIA FRYC-MALLICK

Cultural psychologist and business trainer

I combined my education (psychology and cultural anthropology), my profession (certified intercultural trainer), my passions (travel and books), and my personal experiences (a Polish–Indian family) to work with my clients on creating engaging, practical development initiatives in business—such as workshops and webinars.
Over 15 years of working with diverse organizations and repeatedly hearing similar questions and challenges from my clients led me to write this practical resource on the cultural aspects of collaborating with partners from India.
