About the author

KLAUDIA FRYC-MALLICK

Cultural Psychologist &
Business Intercultural Trainer

With over 15 years of experience working with global teams, I design intercultural training programs and inclusive business workshops that are grounded in real-world challenges and aimed at building cultural awareness and practical skills.

My approach is a blend of:

• Academic knowledge in psychology and cultural anthropology
• My professional journey as a certified intercultural communication trainer
• A deep personal connection, being part of a Polish-Indian family
• And a lifelong passion for books, learning, and travel

After supporting many professionals and hearing the same challenges over and over in collaborations with my clients, I decided to write Masala@work — a hands-on guide to navigating the cultural dynamics of indian business relations.
